What is mediation?
A pacific problem-solving method where you work together through conflict with the help of a mediator.
This impartial third party supports and informs you, either alone or together as preferred, about the possibilities and consequences linked to the conflict.
He can also help you make common arrangements about divorce, separation, parenting plan or family dispute (inheritance ...)
# mediation is an alternative way of problem-solving besides traditional legal action. Moreover, it is often less expensive in time and costs. The mediation agreement is enforceable by the court
# together you work out the best solutions for everyone
# children are put at the forefront
# communication and cooperation are the keywords, preventing conflict escalation
# everyone is given an equal voice and remains his respected self
# the neutral mediator ensures that you are able to take informed and acceptable decisions and therefore provides you with the required information
# mediation is more than a legal process and is unlike therapy
# mediation is voluntary at any time and all matters are treated on a confidential base
# individual : €50/session (1h)
